My computer only got worse though, I soon found I can't access the internet or do anything with my computer without it crashing and needing restarting after a couple of minutes.
Suspecting there were still some infected files on my computer Iĭownloaded stinger, which turned up nothing. However after it had appeared to be cleaned from the system, I found my computer to be running slowly and programs would be constantly crashing. They both found infected files and the pop-up I would normally get had stopped appearing. He ran some tests and tried to tell me my whole network and router and fans was infected and that several services were not running in Windows and a right click on avast. I ran a smart scan first which went ok but when I tried to run the full scan I noticed like you all say here that progress wheel was stuck on 0% for a long enough time for me to consider this unusual. I installed full paid latest version of Internet security yesterday on my Windows 10 laptop.
